Yes! Our initial consultation is free of charge because we understand that it’s really hard to get an idea of how much your project will cost on your own.  After our first meeting, we will provide you with a “Budget Estimate”.  This estimate doesn’t get into too many of the small details of your project, but will give you an idea of cost on a high level before going to the next step of the process.

Our free remodeling estimates include a detailed written scope of work. At times, when necessary or when requested, we will provide renderings for you to view what your remodel will look like upon completion. 

We are definitely licensed and we are made up of professional contractors in Sandy Springs Georgia. We carry liability, disability and worker’s compensation insurance. We believe our clients should have complete peace of mind when we are working in their home.

If all you want us to do is design your project, we will do that for you. By working with Sandy Concrete Co, you can take full advantage of our process, which breaks down remodeling into various components. Therefore, you can use us for design, purchase materials from us, and all the construction. 

There is no best time and definitely a worst time. It is all up to you and in your hands only. Home remodeling can be performed year-round depending on the project. Renovation or remodeling of interior spaces can usually be completed any time of the year, though there are aspects of projects that can be weather dependent. 

During our free consultation with you, we will discuss the duration of your project. The key element in completing your project in a timely manner is for you to be available during the process so you can select your products. We will not begin work on your home until all the materials have been received. Our company policy is to stay on your project until completion once we have started construction.
